The Pine Needle is my favorite quilt shop! I have attended many classes: learning quilting techniques every month and producing quilts. The staff and instructors have consistently offered ideas and assistance. The fabric choices are beautiful and come from many venues. Thank you for providing us an exceptional quilt shop!
I love this quilt shop! It is beautifully laid out, the staff is super helpful, and it is quite large and roomy. Really enjoyed seeing all the sample quilts displayed throughout the shop. I fell in love with some winter themed flannel fabric and they patiently assisted me in finding and modifying a pattern to fit the fabric. This will be a definite stop on our next visit from Minnesota. If you love quilting this is the shop for you!
I love a quilt shop with quilts all over the place! This is a lovely shop with a really nice selection of fabrics. I enjoyed the layout, open and easy to wander through. They sell precut half yards as well as fat quarters which makes browsing fun. The best part was the staff though. Everyone was helpful but not pushy and we chatted about quilts and fabric (surprising I know, but not everyone in fabric stores wants to talk about that stuff!)

Great shop! Fat quarters laid out like candy! Such beautiful and artistic quilts on display --so much inspiration! Going here again whenever I visit Portland !!!

Without a doubt the most beautiful store and friendly staff of any store I have ever visited.
