Close to downtown free shuttle and across from street from the free snow bus to take you to the ski lodge.Breakfast free but not the greatest. Evening popcorn and a game room for family fun nice hot tub free kayaks and bikes.
Pros: Good location, free equipment rental (we didn’t use), large king river view room with balcony, clean room, comfortable bed, free laundry facility for guests to use. Con: No WiFi for 2 days (weekend) front desk said IT was working on it, pool area was very small, not enough chairs/loungers due to space.
The room we booked was guaranteed river view! It was literally garbage view! Literally looked at garbage cans. The room looked like something from the 70's and smelled like it too. Needless to say, they were very accomdating about refunding our reservation, which we appreciate, but we do not recommend this resort.
Terrible!! I would not recommend this hotel. I booked a room with a balcony and paid more for it. When we checked in it only had rooms without a balcony. At the reception they told us we had a room with balcony but someone has and rebooked. I paid 749 dollars per night and don't even get the paid room. As compensation they transfer me 30 dollars back, that's ridiculously a difference from 15 per to compensate! The carpet and also the refrigerator were not clean.
