Decent hotel, probably not worth the overall cost. However, they "accidentally" double charged me for my booking and I only discovered this by looking at my credit card statement and calling them up. Didn't seem apologetic whatsoever and simply said oh whoops. They did refund the second payment but they simply just asked if there was anything else they could do as if I had come by for an extra towel.
The Pinch was the perfect hotel for our vacation to Charleston. We stayed in the 2 bedroom suite with a terrace and it was incredible. We brought our 3 kids and my parents and it was great. The suite was clean and the staff was great. Our kids loved the hotel. We appreciated how accommodating the hotel was for kids. I highly recommend if you have children as they are welcomed and encouraged. Thanks Pinch Staff 😎
Fantastic experience from beginning to end. We arrived on an early flight and the staff were so warm and welcoming. Stored our bags and headed out with a list of great recommendations from Carrie Ellis(sp?). We were even welcomed to have breakfast even though we had not yet checked in which was so welcome after traveling. Wow!! What a wonderful experience! The location was a dream! The Pinch was footsteps away from everything you could imagine! When I arrived I was greeted with a welcome drink, a cocktail or a mocktail. I enjoyed the orange bubbly mocktail. The person who greeted me was incredibly kind and welcoming. The staff was amazing! CareyEllis and Sarah were very welcoming and ensure we had an amazing stay! The rooms are very clean and felt like home. Close to all the shops and a few steps off King Street! We cant wait to come back!
