From the moment of turning into the driveway my mouth was OPENED IN AWE! When I say “ they thought of everything” from meeting us at the door with welcome drinks to giving us nightly “turn down service” where they straighten up your room, put calming dark chocolates on your night stands, and handkerchiefs on the floor so that your feet don’t have to touch the dirty floor after getting out of bed…THEY LITERALLY THOUGHT OF EVERY THING! We had an amazing stay at The Pinch in Charleston! The staff was so welcoming and the complimentary welcome drink was such a nice touch. Our room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully designed. The location couldn’t have been better being just steps from King Street, with easy access to everything. Highly recommend staying here if you’re visiting Charleston!
We had an excellent stay, the rooms were clean and comfortable, and everyone was very friendly.
Truly a 5 star experience. The room was adorable and huge. Staff was super helpful and nice, and amenities were wonderful. Within walking distance to everything in Charleston. A rare gem of a hotel!
