These guys had a good start through the ordering process but let us down in the end. We needed a delivery of keyrings prior to an event and triple confirmed this could be done before ordering. They said yes and that manufacturing takes 3 weeks. Our order was a month ahead of the date. The order was late , and in fact we got a dispatch notification the day after the event. The reason, the production team were all on leave .
I had several iterations of the form and colour scheme for the badge I wanted. Nothing was too much trouble. My badges were delivered before the due date and the final product was excellent and as I had imagined. I can't speak highly enough of The Pin Factory. I would recommend them to anyone who wishes to do business with a reputable company where price, delivery and advice are of the utmost importance.
