Not only were the Pin Factory efficient in responding quickly to my emails enquiring about their pins, and providing me with amended proofs in a very short time, they also went out of their way to ensure the product was delivered within the timeframes we required (which were slightly outside of their normal turnaround) for our 30th birthday celebrations. Our organisation was very pleased with the quality of the pins as well.
Pin Factory were great and very accommodating to the company's changes in order to get it right. Justin was amazing to deal with.
