HAVE MADE COMPLAINT WITH ACCC + FAIR TRADING I ordered 100 custom iron-on patches for my business and specifically asked whether they'd be made in China before I paid, as this was very important to me. I spoke to Aaron, who told me directly, twice, on the same call, that they have a team making patches in Australia and specifically avoid Chinese manufacturing due to quality issues.
