My relative has been here for 2 months now. I have never been a fan of nursing homes until I decided on this one. The staff is wonderful even down to the maintenance man. I have never smelled anything and the facility is always clean.
This smelly place is the worst and I'm going to see that they are shut down the way they treated my mom only for 4 days I had to get her out of there from the things I heard they were doing to her I'm not done yet you people let my mom lay on the floor for hours and pushed around and should pills in her mouth and then when I get home like she's all doped up you haven't heard from me you haven't heard the last
Receptionist is really nasty and passive aggressive anytime she answers the phone. Very unwelcoming.
