We did not feel 100% comfortable sending our daughter here. Short staffing and staff turnover was apparent. Pulled my daughter after 3 weeks
The worst injuries I have ever seen children receive at a daycare, happened multiple times at this one. Playing on bare concrete in a dangerous, children have received stitches from falling with an item in hand on that floor. They do nothing to handle biting and hitting issues. I have still not seen bites from kids as bad and aggressive as the cases during my short time there.
Management has poor communication, timeline estimate was off by years and you will not get your deposit back. July of 2021 I was asked to put down a $100 deposit immediately to secure a spot for summer of 2023. I did and waited patiently for almost two years and got no responses or follow up. Sep 2024 they say a spot would open at the end of October. This is almost 3 and a half years after I put down a deposit, and a year and half later than their estimate.
