I don’t remember exactly when I first began attending the Pilates + Yoga Studio, but it was long before the pandemic. Initially, I participated in Yoga classes, followed by Pilates Mat/Reformer sessions, Feldenkrais, and a few Foam Roller Workshops. My favorite Pilates studio in STL! I highly recommend it if you are looking for classic Pilates classes.
While I was in St. Louis for Thanksgiving I had the pleasure of taking a reformer class at Pilates + Yoga. The facility was spacious & clean. Latoya is very nice & teaches a great class. Looking forward to taking another class when I visit next!
It’s a great workout and the instructors are helpful and make the workout seem fun. I love this workout!
