I cannot speak highly enough of Ingrid and The Pilates Suite. I have been seeing Ingrid for approximately 3 and a half years and it was the best decision I ever made. I started Pilates with Ingrid for rehabilitation following shoulder surgery. As a trained health professional, I was not satisfied with my rehab and functional return in my shoulder. I have been attending The Pilates Suite for approximately 6 months. I am a qualified naturopath who has been into fitness and working out for 35 years. I have been to numerous fitness groups, chiropractors and recently had a personal trainer for 6 months. I have been weight training consistently now for 9 years and have reasonable understanding of my body at 58 years young. Ingrid's knowledge of the skeleto-muscular system seems limitless. Ingrid is an instructor par excellence. Her knowledge, her dedication, her passion and her belief in what she teaches all shine through as does her care and concern for for her clients. I cannot recommend her highly enough.
