My favourite pilates studio. All the instructors are so lovely, their classes are a fantastic burn, yet they always offer differing levels and modifications for everyone. And you know it's good when your whole family, neighbours and friends are addicted too.

Started at the pilates space a year ago going once a week, now so obsessed I do a minimum of 5 classes a week. The instructors are lovely, supportive and knowledgeable and the studios have a lovely vibe. There’s a great mix of different classes, with flexibility to go 7 days a week in the morning or afternoon. Couldn’t recommend more!
