I am traveling from NYC, where I practice Pilates avidly and teach anatomy classes in a Pilates teacher training program, and I am SO happy to have found the Pilates Place here in Grass Valley. I have had individual sessions with their newest teacher, Sofia, and have been to two group classes now with Jacqueline. Since my car accident in 2003 when I was referred to Roxanna Cohen for Pilates Rehab, I have been dedicated to Pilates. I started classes at the Pilates Place. I have gained 1/2 inch in height and resumed my former passions, dance and aerial arts. I have worked out with a number of trainers locally and I have learned that I do not want to trust my body to people who do not know what they are doing.

Roxanna has been changing my life. I've tried several other PTs and non-PT bodyworkers, and I've never had this much success in healing these old injuries and pains. I feel stronger and so much happier.
