Firstly, I did enjoy the food. My brisket sandwich was good. I inhaled it in 5 min. We are in NC however and BBQ is competitive. Still, if we ever come back towards mebane I would be happy to eat there again. Biggest feedback: Portions were small. If I had had my teenager with me we would’ve needed about 3 orders just for him. Even for me I felt my sandwich while good was small. The staff was helpful, polite and friendly. Good vibes. Small note: we were towards the end of the day so perhaps we just got what was left. 8/15/2026 @ 5:20 pm Ordered the brisket bowl with Mac and cheese very disappointed. There was so much fat and little brisket. A wasted $15.00. Will not order this again. Was not able to enjoy for picking out fat. More fat than brisket. I’m pretty sure they had some better cuts of brisket that could have been used. First and last time eating here. First impressions means a lot.

We had the brisket which was tender and amazing. Great sides also with loaded brussel sprouts and gouda mac-n-cheese. Would definitely come back.

I wasn't expecting the smoked turkey to be my favorite, but it ended up being the best thing I ordered. It was juicy, full of flavor, and you could actually taste the smoke in every bite.
