Front desk lady was passive aggressive and condescending when asked questions was not welcoming at all, I ended up not getting pierced and leaving due to her attitude I did not feel comfortable at all going here.
Jess was so great with my eight year old son! He got his ear pierced and she walked him through how the whole process would go. She was so accommodating and calm with him and we love the results!
The ladies were awesome and did a great job on the septum piercing! Very happy.
Came here to get help with a piercing from another shop and I’m SO glad. The piercer was very knowledge and switched out 2 piercings for us. The service of changing the jewelry cost $10, and then we paid for the new jewelry. It was painless & quick to get the support needed for this piercing to finally heal!
The girl piercing me was really nice & detailed! But I’m shocked that a place that specializes in piercings don’t make flat back earrings the norm for fresh lobe piercings. The most ghetto tattoo shops I’ve gotten pierced at were still kind enough to install a flat back. I got my lobe done and the butterfly back is soooo uncomfortable and from experience I know it’s not good for my healing process and that bothers me as well.
