I’m going to be very honest in my review. I came here 3 months ago to get a helix piercing. The piercer was nice and the helix location was perfect, but the jewelry she used was a 6mm post. There wasn’t any room for my ear to swell and the flat back was getting embedded in my ear. I had to take the jewelry out and replace it with a 10mm post I had laying around until I could purchase an 8mm one. I don’t know if this was done by mistake or not, but my helix hole could’ve closed and there goes my money down the drain.
I had the pleasure of having my tragus pierced by Bear! Their team was informative, kind, and so fun to be around. I had a wonderful experience. I’d recommend anyone looking to get pierced to go here 🤍

I brought my 7 year old in to get her ears pierced and had amazing service the whole time. Mo and Alex helped calm her nerves and made the whole process a breeze. Very professional and great customer service. 10/10
Took my brother-in-law here to get his ears pierced and decided to get my nose pierced as well! We had a great experience! Mo and Bear with both super sweet and made us feel comfortable during the whole process. We were in and out in less than an hour and left with new piercings and huge smiles!
