We had such a wonderful experience here getting my daughter’s ears pierced! The staff were incredibly kind, gentle, and so sweet with her. They took the time to explain everything step by step, making sure she understood and gave her consent before moving forward. I really appreciated how much care and patience they showed and it made the whole process comfortable and positive for both of us. Couldn’t have asked for a better experience. 10/10 recommend!

I got my belly button pierced and it went really well. They were very clean and gave clear directions on how to take care of my piercing. My only complaint is that the environment was really weird. There were multiple tarot/witchy/new age spiritual symbols and references that honestly made me uncomfortable and, being nervous about getting my first non-ear piercing, the lady was playing hard rock music during my piercing. Needless to say, that did not help.

I live out of town and was visiting my husband (he works out of town). I wanted to get my Medusa pierced again. I was greeted with kindness and patience, I am very indecisive. And the front desk answered all of my questions, and gave me suggestions to what would look great. I had Lolita and I loved her. She was very knowledgeable and shared very helpful info. She’s funny too which I love. She did a repiercing; I was in and out in like 5 min. This place is 45 min away from me but I will continue to come back. AND they are open on Mondays!
