Made an appointment for my daughter to have her belly button pierced. They charged me a $30 cancellation fee because I didn’t have her birth certificate. I offered them her passport and other forms of ID. Girl was very sarcastic and not helpful at all. Don’t recommend. Higher prices than other places around.

I just got back after getting my first piercing done and it was a great experience. The lady at the desk was super friendly and convinced me to get a smaller stud as it was my first one and she was 100% right. Sydney pierced my nose in 2 minutes and was very kind and supportive and did a fantastic job. It was exactly how I wanted it to be and I love it so much. Will return for future piercings

I went here back in July to replace my septum as one of the balls fell off. I had a great experience but unfortunately I was back 3 months later with the same issue… I paid $45 to replace and change my piercing and again not even 24 hours later the ball fell off again. I decided to go to another piercing shop and my piercing feels way more secure now. The ladies here were nice, and the place is clean. However I don’t think I’ll be back.
