Had a great experience here! I forgot the staff member’s name, but everyone was friendly and welcoming . The studio was clean, well maintained, and had a very sterile environment. I’m glad I chose this place for my first piercings.
The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The place is very clean. However, giving it 4 stars because the drop-in appointment policy is deceptive as the wait can be over 1.5 hours long.
