The staff is knowledgeable and helpful. The place is very clean. However, giving it 4 stars because the drop-in appointment policy is deceptive as the wait can be over 1.5 hours long.
As a new customer, I was a bit nervous getting my ear pierced, but this place is wonderful. The lobby area is beautiful and has a very friendly, welcoming vibe. They have a great selection of jewelry options to choose from, and the customer service was incredibly helpful throughout the entire process. I highly recommend them!
My experience with this business was extremely disappointing. The customer service was poor, and management handled concerns in a way that I found unprofessional and unethical. Rather than addressing customer issues fairly and transparently, management was dismissive and unwilling to take responsibility for resolving problems. Communication was lacking, and I felt that customer satisfaction was not a priority. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this business.
I didn't even know a place like this existed and such a cool idea. This place was super busy, a lot of walk-ins and a lot of booked appointments. I almost even got another piercing myself because this place was super clean super helpful. I learned a lot about things from the piercer. I would definitely recommend coming here. They do younger kids too which is awesome
This place is AMAZING!! I never leave Google reviews but this time it was worth it. I had my nostril pierced by Bobby and I was in and out of the room in less than 5 minutes. Everyone is so sweet, very knowledgeable, and made me feel comfortable since I was nervous. I recommend this place to anyone looking for a piercing
