I really enjoyed my time at Pierce Arrow Lofts. Definitely would have continued to live here if I wasn’t moving out of state. Love the area and the apartments are beautiful. Would certainly recommend to others.
Seems like a nice place.. Only heard good things about it . Very historic and well maintained.
Had a short term lease here, and I was very happy with my stay. This complex is within 20 minutes of anything you would need in the city/outskirts. Maintenance was responsive when needed, leasing office staff made move-in and move-out a breeze, and the space was always clean and well-lit. The Property Manager Greg Daniels is extremely unprofessional and will simply ignore your calls, parking concerns and promised repairs. Far from the promised Luxury living you pay for, the parking situation is RIDICULOUS and for 2100+ dollars Greg should have a lot more professionalism and integrity in his job duties to the tenants here. It’s NOT WORTH THE PRICE AT ALL!! I called to inquire about an apartment and occupancy. The manager answered and informed me that she was going into a meeting and she couldn't talk. I will not be calling again if this is the customer service they offer.
