Update: I’ve now been living here for the past 16 months, and I’m still very happy with my apartment, the building, and management . Robb, is a very responsive Manager. The building is in a great location. The Main library and the Columbus Museum of Art are so easily accessed from here. Plus, you can walk to the major theaters and river.. Great choice to live right in the middle of downtown. The entire property is maintained, and little touches like a clean, welcoming lobby with soft music make coming home a treat. The layouts are modern and roomy, and safety is never a worry. Garage and main doors are key fob operated, preventing non-residents from entering. Package area is secure too. Huge shoutout to the staff, especially Robb, for being so attentive, communicative, and supportive to all residents. Highly recommended.
Living at The Pierce has been an incredible experience from day one. The apartments are beautifully designed and surprisingly spacious, complete with private balconies in all apts and spotlessly clean common areas. The building and garage feel exceptionally safe, and the location puts you close to everything downtown while staying quiet and peaceful. Rent payment system is online and seamless. One of the best complexes in Columbus. Fair pricing, luxury, and floor planning. Every apartment comes with a personal balcony too! Directly downtown and walkable to library, coffee shops and running trails.
