I called twice and talked to a lady that assured me that someone would come out or call back to set up an appointment to repair our docks. After the third time i called i gave up. Wouldn’t recommend.
Still waiting to get an answer if we will be able to purchase the planks that we were assured were in stock for us to purchase for a dock we are installing ourselves this weekend. After them beating around the bush so many times, we had no other option than to resort to contacting the distributor directly, we will be driving an hour just to get our planks picked up from the distributor instead of Angola locally.
