Very disappointing that when a student moves out they charge you for any and all repairs, painting and cleaning they possibly can. $550 per kid in a four bedroom apartment for minor marks on a wall. Absolutely aweful practises.
These people are unethical. Be sure to take photos of the room before you move in, every wall. There were a couple of holes in the wall which were there before move in and then we received a charge on the credit card for $200 for patching walls and painting. Then visited a friend who lived in the same apartment, checked out the room and the walls were never patched or painted; however they charged my credit card for it.
