I've lived at The Pier for nearly three years now. It's a beautiful location, has solid amenities, and the houses themselves are great. However, the management has been very inconsistent during my years here. I often receive mixed or unclear answers when asking about different things (move in/out, leases, rent, etc). I feel that there's a disconnection from upper management that causes this. I try not to complain about small things like this but over time, they add up.
Parker was so incredibly helpful during our tour!! He is very kind and welcoming and knowledgeable about the property and surrounding area. Parker gives the best tours ever!!
