First time visiting today. I was completely ignored and left without a single greeting or acknowledgement of any kind. Weird. "Just Framing" in Bath is amazing. I'll stick with them.

I brought in a picture that my husband's grandmother had painted many years ago. The frame was falling apart and and it needed a good cleaning. Jacob was very friendly and helpful, letting me know what they could do and how much it would cost. I am very happy with the results.

I took a large Georgia O'Keeffe print to this shop to be framed as a Christmas gift for my fiancée. The staff were very friendly and attentive. I mostly spoke with Jacob, who took the time to talk through different frame, mat, and glass options with me to achieve the effect I was looking for. When they ran out of the particular frame I had chosen due to a sudden art gallery order, my options were to choose something different or wait for more to come in.
