Really nice place. Clean and customer service is great. I would come back. Fill out your forms online before showing up to check in with ease.
This is just the facility review. The Picklr Scottsdale started out as a new PB club, everything was new and shiny. The first wet winter club members found out that the club roof had a leaking issue, which is still a problem to this day. The club has literally turned into a dump in less than a few years of use. The court floors are filthy with dirt, trash and dust, same with the ceiling structure and havoc system. I came to town to visit and was automatically met with a kind and amazing staff member (Jackie). She was not only training a new staff but helped me out so effortlessly without showing she was busy or didn’t have time for me. I played in open play and felt comfortable, while being a newbie. Afterwards Jackie informed me about other programs I could do while I’m here. It was an amazing experience and hopefully can come back while on another work trip!!
This place is pretty shady. They keep advertising that they’re offering 4 classes for $30. I get the ads multiple times a day on social media, different ads but all say the same thing and reference this location specifically. I called and asked about it, they had no idea what I was talking about. So I stopped in when I was in the area and talked to someone. The place seemed like disorganized chaos. Had a wonderful tour from Robbie! Venue is clean and open! Atmosphere is fun and a ton of great space to decompress in between! Plus, anything you may have forgot is available when you walk in!! Looking forward to our upcoming event. 💛
