I can't believe Gary and Rick are not there anymore. Two awesome coaches.
The facility is super clean, I love the court layout and overall had an awesome time here
So frustrating to cancel. They create obstacles and stonewall you so you can’t cancel. I called in on a Thursday and canceled. I was told it was taken care of. The following week they charged me another month. I called and politely requested a refund and am told the new policy requires that I come to the location and fill out a form. That’s a 40 minute round trip for me. After objecting she said I could fill out the form over email which she would send me. She never did. Next I sent an email requesting a refund. No reply. Rick and Gary are awesome. Great Instructors, super nice people. They give me advice all the time and its really in a nice way. Encouraging not criticizing. Just the two nicest guys. They also have great clinics. This facility is good! Maddie is nice also and Kelsey is awesome, excellent people.
