Awesome facility! Great employees and management.
We've played at Picklr locations in Austin, including West and Round Rock, many times, and we've never experienced anything this disorganized. This was our first time playing here, and it was very disappointing. The staff kept giving different instructions, people were being moved between levels, and no one seemed to know what was going on. Everything felt very chaotic and poorly organized.
We were visiting from out of town and had a fantastic experience at The Picklr in Lewisville. The facility is exceptionally clean, the courts are beautiful, and the entire staff made us feel welcome from the moment we walked in. A special shout-out to Noah, one of the managers, who went above and beyond to help us get on the courts and made us feel right at home.
