The over all courts are good, but they need to do a better job of organizing the DUPR submitted events at this location. They just check in players and assign courts and just lets the players figure out everything else. The Burlington location does a really good job of organizing these DUPR events and provides balls as well so it’s same ball type for all games. James is a great person to do business with and the sessions are really good with great competition
We somehow managed to sign up for the completely wrong session (10/10 user error on our end), but James — the owner and unofficial comedian — handled it like a pro. Not only did he get us into another session, but he made the whole situation way more fun than it had any right to be. Honestly, I’m not sure what was better: the experience itself or James cracking jokes while fixing our mistake 😂 If you’re looking for a place that’s flexible, fun, and run by genuinely awesome people, this is it. Great time all around
It took me too long to cancel this subscription. I have 2 young kids and a new job. I should not have to worry about reaching a company during business hours to cancel a pickleball subscription. This is a clear FTC violation of the click-to-cancel rule and I hope someone does something about it.
