Great venue, great community
Great place but wish they didnt make you have a membership. Day passes would be great, especially if tou visiting.
While the facility itself has flaws, it is the staff members who are worthy of the 5-star review. Keegan C. is a mainstay of front desk. He is always available to answer any questions and keeps the schedule running smoothly.
Tried checking out the Danvers location after seeing what looked like a 15-day trial offer, but the whole signup process was a frustrating mess. I spent about 15 minutes trying to create an account and kept running into roadblocks every step of the way. The system is overly complicated and honestly felt intentionally confusing. The over all courts are good, but they need to do a better job of organizing the DUPR submitted events at this location. They just check in players and assign courts and just lets the players figure out everything else. The Burlington location does a really good job of organizing these DUPR events and provides balls as well so it’s same ball type for all games.
