You are negatively judging animal control for putting down an aggressive pregnant dog. Behavior in dogs is about 60% genetic so the pups would have been a risk too. Impound is not a healthy environment for puppies, the mother was not adoptable and you should be praising AC for doing a hard thing that was in the best interest of public safety and humane for the animals.
