very rude owner – When i first walked into this store I was greeted not by an employee but rather several pianos with their fallboards closed. I noticed an employee seated in the back reading a book and completely ignoring my presence. I left the store and returned ten minutes later and decided i wanted to make my presence known so I lifted a fallboard and played one chord, this is when i found out the guy reading a book was actually the owner, "Bob'. Piano Shop – I agree to some of the reviews for this store. Actually they don't have employees anymore, they are the owners, both the wife and the husband are so rude. They should not be running this store because they don't know anything about pianos and customer service. The reason why this store is still in business it's because of the piano group lessons and now they added guitar lessons. How I wish people will realized especially the parents that cheap is not the only reason why you have your kids take piano lessons her... read more

Lousy music school. – You shouldn't go here if you want to enroll your children in music lessons. Some of the teachers are only in high school and are very unexperienced with music and teaching in general. The only good thing about this place is that it is inside a mall. The employees are rude, the place is small, and overall I would not even give this place 1 star.

RUDE EMPLOYEES! – I stopped by this place while shopping at the Great Mall. One of the employees gave me a bad look when I entered and said, "What do you want?" I asked about the piano lessons and how much they cost, and the employee said, "Sorry, but you need to ask someone else." But no one else was there! I am never going back to this place again.

Rude employees – I would not recommend this place for your children to have piano lessons. The employees are not friendly, the place is really small, and the teachers are not qualified. Don't waste your time by checking out this place.

Not that great. – Group classes make learning slow, and teachers are not very experienced. Students are not challenged, and tuition is too expensive for the service they provide.
