I had an excellent experience with Ross Fraser today. He is a genuinely kind person and very professional. Ross takes the time to listen carefully, understand what’s causing the problem, and tailor the treatment to your specific needs rather than just focusing on symptoms. His knowledge, attention to detail, and thoughtful approach really stand out. He is one of the best massage therapists I have seen, and I would highly recommend him.
