My experience with The Physio Room was amazing! I spent time with Kimberlee learning stretches, exercises, and breathing prep for labor and birth (I visited in my last trimester). She’s extremely knowledgeable and took time to answer all of my questions and show me variations/options to help me prepare after an assessment. The space is convenient, clean and welcoming. I will be back!
Art was able to present data about my golf swing that I have never seen before. I was given tangible exercises and body mechanics to work on so I would increase my golf swing speed and flexibility. I highly recommend The Physio Room for anyone looking to upgrade their golf game.
Art is incredibly knowledgeable with how the human body works and will get to the root of the problem that is causing pain or stiffness. I saw him for post surgery healing and strengthening and he was a lifesaver. Great place for rehab. Art is extremely knowledgeable and keeps up with the latest techniques. All their equipment is new and top of the line. Easy to schedule. I would 100% recommend this spot for any PT you need.
Art at the Physio Room is amazing. He is extremely knowledgeable and insightful when addressing my issues. i've seen him for a variety of things over many years, post-surgery and for my everyday sports injuries. The Physio Room is a peaceful sanctuary for getting treatment, and the longer appointment times allow for all of my issues to get addressed. I wouldn't go anywhere else.
