Morgan took time at my first personal training session to get to know me. She asked what my goals were for personal training, asked if I had any previous injuries, and designed a total body workout, as that was what I requested for a first session. She monitored my form closely and adjusted me when necessary.

I flew to Arizona to visit Stacie last year. I had been suffering for a year having injuries such as; sesamoiditis, herniated disc, a broken ankle and I felt fed up and hopeless. I saw Stacie and her team 3 days in a row to make the most of the trip. I left the clinic feeling confident and not broken like I thought! I cannot say enough good things about this place! As someone with a lot of medical trauma in my history… this place and the people who work there have been so healing for me.
