I have had issues with my left achilles and fibularis, for several months, and I took the opportunity to book a PT session at The Physio Fix while we are in the Phoenix area for a few weeks. My first visit with Travis was excellent, and he suggested that I see Olivia for PT and a Dry Needling session, which I had today. Olivia was suburb. I have been SO happy with this PT office. I am working on recovery from a labrum tear and non-operative ACL recovery from a complete tear. Olivia has been fantastic!! She is super knowledgeable, always adapting to set backs or jumps in progress, and fun! I'm thrilled she is versed in hypermobility and EDS. Had a great visit with Olivia at The Physio Fix today. It was exactly what I needed. It was my first time seeing Olivia and she did an excellent job evaluating what was going on with my back and what was causing my low back discomfort and pain. She spoke to me about all the things going on with my back and my body, and then recommended several moves to stabilize and build some early strength while not re-injuring or continuing to stress on my back for the next couple of weeks. I came to Physio Fix about as defeated as one could be by my pain in my L5/S1 that I had to get replaced and fused coming up on 2 years ago 2/1/26. I also have a lot of damage in my upper thoracic spine and up near my neck too. My spine has been called many things but my favorite was “biomechanical chaos”. There’s many reasons for these injuries but one thing that exacerbated all of them plus created its own set of issues was over lifting and lifting way too heavy.
