Dannielle was very helpful and understanding with my 13yo granddaughter. She listened to everything my granddaughter said and showed her the right exercises for her issue. Dannielle was very supportive, caring and gave great insight into the causes of the pain. She worked out a great treatment plan that is easy to apply. My granddaughter felt heard and supported throughout the entire treatment.
The best physio around, Pat and the team are extremely knowledgeable and will get you the root of your issue.
Visiting Patrick for my knee injury was so reassuring. I was able to walk out with the support I needed to get it strong again and walking. Pat gave me light exercises that were manageable and confidnece that I could get back to a pain free knee. Amazing and thank you.
