Amazing class, Toneya was great!
I highly recommend Move You Pilates Studio. The instructors have such great knowledge, which makes every class feel both safe and fun. The atmosphere is super relaxed, and you get to meet really lovely people too. Even on days when I’m not feeling motivated, I still leave each session feeling so much better. It’s the perfect workout for both your body and your mind. I’ve made a lot of progress since I started, and I really appreciate how we celebrate those small wins along the way.
I can't speak highly enough of Toneya and the team, excellent all-round experience. Glenn
