I have received treatment for several issues and have had a very positive experience. I would recommend Ivy Rehab to friends and family.
The people were nice but I can't comment on the effectiveness of their services. The reason is I had to stop going because of a billing issue. When I found out it would be $300/week (3 days at $100/session), I told the director that I couldn't afford it. I resumed going after he offered once/week at $60/session. A few weeks later I was informed that I had a balance despite having paid at each visit. I had a balance because they were charging me twice as much as agreed on. They explained the negotiated $60 was just a reductio... read more
