The therapists are amazing. Nicole and Jocelyn designed exercises to strengthen my sore rotator cup. My constant ache is much better.
The staff is very knowledgeable and professional. They also are personable and make the therapy sessions enjoyable as well as helpful.
The staff here did a great job and helped me with a pinched nerve in my neck. Good communication via text and flexible with unanticipated schedule changes. Great job guys, thanks!
Everyone there is so knowledgeable and willing to step in to help you even if you’re not on their caseload. They are all really kind and you can see they have a great working relationship that makes you feel welcome almost immediately. I would recommend them to anyone who is serious about recovery and I will go back any time I have an issue.
I highly recommend PTI to those who prefer a smaller setting with a family feel. All the staff are informative, helpful, and truly vested in your rehabilitation. I was there presurgery and intend on returning after surgery versus returning to the corpate names. Nothing against those but just prefer PTI.
