Very unresponsive business. Still yet to get a call back after several calls and messages.
Terrible service does not respond to calls or emails
It took me weeks to get a booking for professional photos. When I eventually got a book the experience was good. The photographer was very pleasant. I had my photos taken in December and fully paid up. I was told I would get the digital copies within 3 days. Made countless email follow ups and no one responded. I called but the phones do not get answered and voicemail is full. I eventually received my photos in March. Great quality! Just wish the services was more efficient and timely!
It has been more than 2 months since I took the pictures with Jo-Anne. Still haven't received anything, she won't return my calls or answer my emails. Everything has been paid in full.
