Chris did an amazing job repairing my Iphone Xr that I have had since 2019. He replaced my front screen, back glass, and battery. I can honestly say that my phone works as a good as new, and the price was very reasonable. I have never written a google review before, but Chris is just that good! My partner and I highly recommend The Phone Recyclist.
Amazing, friendly service! I did get lucky that he had a battery in stock but I was able to get drop my phone off right away and he had it done in around an hour! I found the pricd really reasonable, too. If anything else ever goes wrong with my phone Chris will be the first one I call! You should do the same. You won't be sorry. 😁
Absolutely stellar service. Chris is extremely helpful, friendly and has great rates. He told me he has a one year warranty on products and he stuck to his word and was apologetic about issues that were not his fault at all. Honestly, he knew more than apple support about the issue I was having. Both times he fixed my device he was flexible with drop off and pickup times for people with busy schedules. I definitely will be sticking to this business as long as I’m in Fort Collins!
We called around trying to get quotes for a screen repair on a company phone. The top 4 google results didn’t even answer the phone, but these guys did. On top of that, they were very honest in admitting that they would not be the most cost effective place to repair an iPhone 13 Pro, and directed me to the best option. As a business owner, I can appreciate that this is beyond 5 star treatment, and I will absolutely keep this establishment at the top of my list for any service they offer from now on. Chris made scheduling very easy and was very accommodating. I felt safe leaving my phone with him and he promised quick service. He delivered! My issue was not as serious as originally thought to be and Chris did not do any extra work and try to bill for it. He is very professional and personable! I would refer anyone needing phone repair to Chris and plan to go back to him should I ever need anything with my phone in the future.
