Joshua was excellent to deal with. Based on his experience and recommendations we Bundled 4 cell phones and home Internet / TV with Telus. We moved from Bell as a long-time cell Customer- as well as Shaw / Rodgers on the Internet / TV side. We really only experienced Shaw trying to retain our Business, Which was surprising as a loyal, forever Bell customer. Thanks for your customer attention and care Joshua. Keep up the great work.

Went in to transfer a phone number into my name and upgrade my phone yesterday and both Sierra and Joshua helped me out more than I could ask for. For a process that I thought would be annoying, the entire process was almost seamless with their help. I cannot recommend Sierra and Joshua (at the Strathmore location) enough for anyone’s mobility needs!

Had some questions I needed answered. Was told by an employee at this location that's its not a telus store ...it's a Tom Harris store....what does that mean....there's telus all over the place....left with more questions...
