Austin and his co-worker were very friendly. Austin vas very knowledgeable, patient and helpful to my many questions.
I needed a charger and cord for a Samsung phone that I didn't know the year or model of for someone else. The telus store was very helpful and knowledgeable, from the manager to Austin, customer service. They provided all the details that I needed and explanations that were very helpful. Also learned how to open the boxes the right/easy way. Would highly recommend going to Tom Harris Telus store in Strathmore
