I had left a 5 review but now I’m changing to the 2 review because, some of the projects were not completed and the flooring have a noticeable patch with glue, instead of replacing the slot he glue it. I called reported the problem but no-one came to fix it.

Working with Gus at the Phoenix Restoration was a true pleasure. He answered all of my questions and reassured me along the way. I am extremely happy with how my kitchen build back turned out. He was able to install the kitchen exactly (probably better than) to its original specs even though he did not do the remediation work. That’s how professional and qualified he is. Gus Trujillo at The Phoenix Restoration is a wonderful first class tradesman. Kind, thoughtful and very patient is only the beginning of how we feel about him. He gave us realistic estimates for what mold mitigation would involve and for “build up”after the mitigation —which for us involved painting, caulking, tile work, installing new vanity, mirror, and fixtures. Gus and his crew were reliable and courteous. We will be using his services again for other home repairs. I highly recommend The Phoenix Restoration.

Remarkably professional, efficient, thorough & thoughtful. Gus and his crew were attentive to our needs and explained every step beforehand and when we decided to make changes, Gus and his team were very patient and didn’t flinch at all. The initial issues were a plumbing leak that led to black mold. The mold remediation was expertly handled.
