Made an appointment with them to get an estimate for hoarding assistance at a family member's house. They confirmed the time/day. Then they never showed up. No call, no text, nothing. Just a no show. When I called to ask if they were coming, no one picked up the phone. Very unprofessional.
I was in a serious situation with termite damage. The termites destroyed a large portion of my house. The Phoenix Restoration team showed up within 30 minutes of my initial call to assess the damages. They were also able to schedule me the same week to demo & rebuild the entire damaged section of my house. They stayed right on schedule & had the whole job completed in 3 days. I can not be more pleased with the overall job. Thanks again guys!
Gus was very helpful and knowledgeable about the mold remediation process and did a great job locating the issue, removing it and doing the rebuild. He was always reachable and answered all of our questions.
