Another wonderful restoration. Gus and his crew started working on our Master Bath, which turned out more than we thought. We had black mold in our shower leading to our garage. He sealed it off for our protection and worked diligently for our safety. My beautiful Master Bath arose in its place! Thanks for everything Gus!

I had the opportunity to work with The Phoenix Restoration a second time after discovering another water issue in my home. This time in the garage next to my hot water tank. Initially, I was convinced the leak was coming from the tank itself. I spent several weeks working with the tank manufacturer and even brought in an HVAC company to troubleshoot the issue, but we still couldn’t find the source of the leak. Made an appointment with them to get an estimate for hoarding assistance at a family member's house. They confirmed the time/day. Then they never showed up. No call, no text, nothing. Just a no show. When I called to ask if they were coming, no one picked up the phone. Very unprofessional.

I was in a serious situation with termite damage. The termites destroyed a large portion of my house. The Phoenix Restoration team showed up within 30 minutes of my initial call to assess the damages. They were also able to schedule me the same week to demo & rebuild the entire damaged section of my house. They stayed right on schedule & had the whole job completed in 3 days. I can not be more pleased with the overall job. Thanks again guys!
