It's been three months since I've been at the Phoenix recovery and my life has been saved it has been a life changing experience and I've learned about myself there and it has been an instrument in my healing journey unfortunately I had to leave earlier than planned because issues with insurance but I'll never forget my time there
It has been 2 years since my time at The Phoenix. I can honestly say they saved my life. I didn’t know how they could possibly help me since I had already done some extreme treatments for my debilitating depression and SI. I started in residential and altogether spent about 5 months in their care. It took me working the steps and being accountable along with their care and I know I would not be here if it wasn’t for the help I received from their awesome staff. Three stars because they always invite you back. Very religious as well
I did 4 months of treatment there.. honestly they're extremely unforgiving with missing appointments even if you're sick. You have to sit in class for 2 hours and can't use the restroom. The nicest people were the front desk ladies. The support staff was unprofessional and unforgiving. If anyone else feels the same that has gone there please leave a review. These good reviews get us there, the truth gets us out of there.
