I went there for 3 months for mental health. All I have to say is that it's unbelievable that none of these people recognize the signs of autism or ADHD.
The energy in this place is so bad. None of the employees know what’s going on. It doesn’t seem like anyone knows who’s in charge. This facility is grossly mismanaged. It feels like the employees are only there for the money. They showed zero interest in helping, and actually get annoyed when you ask them questions. 0 stars if that was an option. I feel bad for the people who get duped into giving this place money.
Feels like an unorganized dental office. I went for my intake and no one knew what to do with me, I was never shown any of the building. No one could answer a question confidently. They need new management. I genuinely have no clue how they are still in business.
I can't say enough good things about Phoenix Recovery Center. During one of the most difficult times for our family, everyone treated us with such kindness, compassion, and respect. They took the time to listen, answer our questions, and truly made us feel supported every step of the way. The Phoenix has saved my life. My sobriety and recovery wouldn't have been possible with out the awesome people. Staff really makes it a really safe and amazing recovery treatment environment. A truly awesome community to be apart of. Anyone that want to get get the help they need and join our community we welcome with open arms
