What an Awful Business. I brought my young child here to visit someone. I was expecting a very safe environment. It was the opposite. There was a receptionist and that was it. For what these Rehab Centers Cost you would think there would be a counselor there or maybe some kind of security and there was not. How off putting to read the Article on the Wall right when you walk in. Very Dishonest. I am a true believer that Carma Always comes back around. Zero Stars if I could.✨

Going through phoenix Rc was probably one of the hardest things I’ve ever had to do but in the end it was worth it and one of the best decisions I have ever made! A year later and I’m thriving, I am now a certified peer support specialist and work in a crisis center. I wouldn’t be where I am today without the help of phoenix RC!

Deeply concerned with this facility’s lack of evidence-based addiction practices. My 20-year-old son is in active fentanyl dependence and was discharged for vaping — a predictable withdrawal-driven behavior. Instead of providing clinical intervention, harm-reduction, or behavioral redirection, they defaulted to punitive removal. This approach is outdated and clinically unsafe.
