We called Randall to service our Heat and Glow fireplace. He came out took the fireplace apart, said we needed a propane conversion kit. He left the fireplace completely in parts on the floor, and said to call him when we got the conversion kit. We got the kit and called and text him repeatedly with no response! We had to hire a plumber to come and figure out how to put it back together! We highly recommend you do not use Randall or his company, he will leave you hanging. Horrible customer service!!!!
Hired these fellows to clean a chimney for a wood stove. When it came time to fire up the stove, it didn't work. I ended up buying a new stove, and when the installer came out, he found the old stove was full of creosote at the top--the stove was not cleaned properly and would not have worked anyway, plus it might have started on fire where the pile of creosote was lodged. DO NOT hire these guys for anything, based on my experience, as they don't know what they are doing at all.
