I had high hopes for the Phoenix Counseling Center, but unfortunately, my experience was frustrating from the start. Before I even had the chance to attend my first session, they cancelled my appointment. It’s incredibly discouraging to reach out for support, only to be met with disorganization and a lack of follow-through. Mental health services should be reliable and respectful of people’s time and emotional needs—this experience was neither. Would not recommend based on my experience.

Called twice to try to get me and my son in. Never even returned my phone calls
Shaina has one of the most wonderful personalities I've encountered thus far on my journey. Incredibly kind, and helpful, she is there to make your day a little brighter. Mr Ryan also, an extraordinary human being. Very intelligent, and warm personality to help guide you thru some of your darkest times. I recommend 100% the Phoenix counseling center to those looking for a hand up. You won't be left feeling alone so much anymore💗
i have been going to them since 2021 and never had issues until my insurance changed in may. i have been billed incorrectly from may to september. i have called numerous times and they say they will get back to me and never do. i had an appt tonight that had to be canceled mid session because they still cannot get my insurance correct. this is extremely frustrating and disheartening. administrative staff do not care about the well being of their clients at all.
