One thing I've noticed it's a bunch of ego tripping women in management not a lot of diversity. I was hired as a night nurse by the director of wellness an LPN was also sitting in on the interview the director said the lon is being promoted that is why she is there. I was hired on the spot said I was a strong candidate gave me an orientation date she text me but as I text her to ask questions she never responded stated that she was new to the position. The people here who work with my mom are wonderful people.
I reached out online and before I could close my laptop they were calling me to follow up. Marcy Klines was very helpful to my sisters and I about which direction to go with my mom. Unfortunately, assisted living was not the safest option and Marcy was so thoughtful to help us get to the next option. I would recommend The Phoenix simply because the staff.
