Love these guys, was searching for a spare mouthpiece for my gf’s Intoxalock (twice) guy gave them to me refused payment, so couple times we’ve needed service switched to them. She’s 5’ 100 pounds and knows 5* more about cars than me; lot of weird experiences where she’s talking and they stare at me. Phoenix treated her with respect (finally!)
I brought my car in because it was loud and I wanted an estimate to repair it. Mike at the Phoenix said replacing the system would be very expensive and he referred me to a place that could repair the flex pipe that was damaged. THAT'S honest! I would recommend the Phoenix to anyone needing a repair.
