Amy and her team have been truly amazing! My husband and I recently purchased our first home. Coming into a process such as home buying was very scary but they walked us through it every step of the way. She understood our goals as a family regarding the Ramsey plan and helped us achieve that! Prior to closing she met with us multiple times to make sure we were in agreement with all the various paperwork. I would 100% recommend working with Amy and her team.

Joshua was absolutely incredible! I had a 22 minute phone call with him, and let me tell yall it was worth every second. He answered all my questions about doing a no score loan, explained what I’ll need in the future to make it happen, and gave me real peace of mind about the whole process. His tone was calm, kind, and super wise, like that chill uncle who always knows exactly what to say. The communication throughout the entire process was top notch. Joshua and his team answered all of our questions without frustration or delay, instead with joy and expedience. Our loan process was overall smooth, there was one small hurdle to get over, but Joshua and team worked tirelessly to ensure we could purchase our first home. We originally heard about Churchill Mortgage through Dave Ramsey's Financial Peace University and started the pre-approval process with Amy Phillips. Amy was very knowledgeable and interactive throughout the whole process. My wife and I found a house we loved, and put an offer on it.
