Amy and her team have been truly amazing! My husband and I recently purchased our first home. Coming into a process such as home buying was very scary but they walked us through it every step of the way. She understood our goals as a family regarding the Ramsey plan and helped us achieve that! Prior to closing she met with us multiple times to make sure we were in agreement with all the various paperwork. I would 100% recommend working with Amy and her team.

We couldn’t be more grateful for the Phillips Team at Churchill Mortgage! They made our 15-year, no-credit-score (Dave Ramsey-style) loan process unbelievably smooth. Even when our home purchase(s) hit some bumps with inspections, they stuck with us every step of the way—explaining everything clearly, simplifying the process, and making what could’ve been stressful feel easy.
