Yaletown Pharmacy provides a high quality of service, and provides personalized care and advice. The manager Dennis is extremely helpful, compassionate, and genuinely cares about the wellbeing of his patients. It has been such a nice change going from a big pharmacy chain to Yaletown Pharmacy and receiving more individualized care.
Since moving back to Yaletown after 8 years, one of the smartest things I had done is to have "The Pharmacy Yaletown" as my pharmacy. The manager Dennis is professional, a good listener, very informative, non-judgemental and goes out of his way to help you. You feel like the only person in the room. I feel so blessed. Romi is a honey too and has helped me so many times.
