Very convenient Doctor on the Spot service when you need something quickly like a prescription. Called quickly with a text notification before, professional and polite service which allowed me to get what I needed in a timely manner. Thank you to both Judy, the excellent, kind and very helpful pharmacist at The Pharmacy Kitsilano, and the doctor she referred me to.

I highly recommend this pharmacy! The pharmacist Ed went above and beyond to ensure our son received an important medication that was hard to source. His communication was top notch and the service he provided to us was outstanding. We are eternally grateful. Thank you so very much Ed. We will be back with our future pharmacy needs.
Normally never an issue coming here. Female pharmacists are fantastic! However, my first encounter with male pharmacist and I was shocked at his absolute lack of customer service and just plain rudeness. I’m older and only asked a question. I was talked down to and dismissed. I honestly won’t return on the off chance he will be there and I might get arrested. 🤔
