I’ve dealt with many pharmacies throughout my career in life, and this Pharmacy is the worst. Apparently they never get anything approvals from a doctor, and they can never fill anything on time. And it really sucks that I have no option but to deal with them. I’m happy to pay out-of-pocket and pay a lot more for better service.
This pharmacy has let me down in several occasions. My doctor called in a prescription to this pharmacy at 9am on 1/22 and it still wasn't ready on 1/23. They offered no alternative solutions, cash pay options or any reason as to why it wasn't ready. The customer counter help is not friendly and not helpful. I'm transferring everything to CVS.
Very fast. Waiting times are quick.
