Rafaela was a wonderful instructor, her direction and modeling was easy to follow. I enjoyed the studio’s presentation. The studio was clean, organized and had good air flow. The music was motivating and flowed with the exercises. I live in Port Hueneme but this class is worth the drive. My favorite part was how Rafaela made me feel comfortable even in my beginner stage. She didn’t force me or discourage me rather, helped me push through at my own pace. 10/10 recommend!

Went to free Pilates stretch class and loved it. They were doing free classes for open house. What a wonderful, relaxing place. It also has exercise classes but I think I'll only go for stretching classes. I plan to be back!

A wonderful space that made pilates accessible and affordable to me for the first time. River's Kundalini Yoga is what bought me in and I love being able to enjoy all of this under one membership.
