Phana and her supervisor under Caliber were the most unprofessional loan company I have ever tried to use. I went with Caliber as I had purchased my home in Oregon with Caliber, however Phana's local branch was horrific. After receiving preapproval, for 3 weeks (of the 30 day close) during my accepted home buying offer, I was told that everything was correct, the loan would be approved, the paperwork was fine, etc. However, she would not lock in a loan rate and rate continued to increase with the market.
