Guess when you call on a Thursday and ask if any appointments are available for tomorrow, it means book me for the same day at 2:45pm. Showed up today for what I thought was my scheduled time with Kerri. Only to find out she's not even working today. Then the woman who messed up my appointment made it worse by insisting that she was talking about a same day appointment.
