Overcharge drinks in takeaway cups The service is very slow and confusing, they tell you to sit down but then you can also order at the bar. My friends had already ordered at the bar but they told me to sit down. I had to wait for the waitress to bring the drinks to my friends to be able to order. Otherwise I would have never been served, had I not approached the waitress. The drink was nice but the service needs to be improved. The seating area is tiny and the drinks are expensive. Worse hot chocolate ever. Slow service, takeaway cups, watery un-chocolatey hot chocolate. Complained but told it was supposed to be like that. Won’t be back.

Not great. Order a beer and wine. They forgot my beer and also got warm wine in a paper cup even we were sitting inside. Very poor and will never come back

An undeniably charming with its sophisticated mix of Italian deli flair and central London elegance. We stopped in for coffee and tea, both of which were pleasant, though perhaps not particularly memorable. What stood out, however, was the serene ambiance, dotted with beautifully arranged flowers and shelves brimming with artisanal goods. Wonderful place to visit in the heart of London, spacious seating areas inside and outside, great menu and very attentive service provided. I thoroughly enjoyed a lovely cheese board with a glass of red wine, all beautifully presented and left me wanting more. Certainly recommended and I'm glad I have found such a gem 💎 ☆☆☆☆☆
